FRENCH EMBASSY CONDUCTS FILM WORKSHOP AT PEFTI FILM INSTITUTE

The Audio-Visual Department of the French Embassy, under the Regional Attaché Mr. Jean-Pierre Bey, is running a 2-week Cinematography Workshop for PEFTI Film Institute National Diploma undergraduates.

The Film Workshop commenced on Monday April 30th 2012, and  culminated on Friday May 11th 2012, with the production of a documentary which the French Embassy Audio-Visual Department will promote worldwide.

This is part of the French Embassy commitment to invest in and promote the arts in all its host countries. Earlier, the French Embassy offered a free training on French Language at PEFTI Film Institute, to prepare students for a Scholarship examination to study Film-making in France.

The French Embassy Cinematographer and Trainer Miss Miffa Hong said, ‘I am excited to do this training. The students are also excited, and we look forward to finishing our documentary on Tattoos. It will be interesting!
